Cable Tray with Twist Lock Cover | Cable Tray with Rotating Cover Fastener

Fujian Winwin Group cable tray with twist lock cover is designed with a special rotating locking mechanism only for securing the tray cover. The main tray sections are joined by standard U-shaped splice plates, which is different from interlocking type cable tray that has self-interlaced side rails for tray connection. The twist lock fastener enables quick locking and unlocking of the cover without extra tools.

This perforated metal cable tray is available in hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminium alloy. The twist lock cover firmly attaches to the side rail of the cable tray, protecting internal cables from dust and debris. It is widely used in commercial buildings, industrial plants and infrastructure cabling systems. Custom dimensions of width, depth and material thickness are available upon request.

The twist lock cover greatly speeds up on-site inspection and cable maintenance. The U-shaped splice plate guarantees stable connection between tray segments and maintains required load capacity. The cover locking structure resists vibration and prevents accidental opening, delivering reliable cable management for long-term projects.

WINWIN Cable Trunking is manufactured from sheet steel in the same manner as Clip On Lid or On side with the added protection of a screw fixed lid.

Each lid has 6 screw fixing points and is supplied with M6 fasteners to suit. or with 4 easy clip to match with.
